What if I wish to return my bag ? 

All our products go through a mandatory quality control inspection to maintain the highest international standards.All of our bags are made in Top full grain leather also referred to as A Grade Leather. Our leather processing is as per International Norms, we only use Genuine YKK Zips & Pullers the best in the market. Majority of the fittings we use in our bags are as per REACH norms.

However, if you find yourself not completely satisfied with your purchase from “Ereganto”, please contact us at our email Address within 10 days of receiving your order regarding your intention to return the bag.

In case you find a fault in the bag, follow the same procedure of emailing us with the Product Details like Product name, Number and the Fault in the bag. We will initiate a refund process in case of a fault.

Once you receive our confirmation of the refund/return, please return your bag to us with all accessories in unused and original condition. We will then give you a full refund for the product and if the bag is faulty, We will refund the return postage cost.

Please note that, unless the bag is faulty, you are responsible for the return postage cost.

Returns

  • When purchasing from our web shop, we at Ereganto give you a 10-days money back guarantee from the date of delivery, not covering shipping costs and additional duties and/or taxes.
  • If you want to request a refund you need to contact us within the 10 days and return your product in perfect condition.
  • Shipping and handling are at your expenses and your responsibility. We will not compensate for products that have been lost during shipping.
  • Refunds will be made to the credit card, which has been used when ordering, within two weeks after having received the returned item.
  • Faulty products that have been purchased from our web shop can be replaced or refunded within 10 days after delivery.Please contact us through the section for more information.

Return Policy Exceptions:

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns.

  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • Anything missing from the package you have received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
  • Defective/damaged products that are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Product is damaged due to misuse or Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.

Replacement Policy

If you have received a product in a damaged or defective condition or it is not as described, you can return it to get a replacement within 10 days of delivery.

Please contact us with a replacement request. The item will be recalled and a brand new replacement will be shipped to you.
