Once you place your Order on Ereganto’s Website and provide all your details. You will receive a Order Confirmation from our Team which will take 2 Business Days.
You will also receive a Shipping notice of your placing the Order on your email.
After you receive a shipping Notice, the product ordered will be dispatched to the entered Shipping address and we will provide you the tracking number.
The Delivery will be free on all Australia wide for the First time but if you are not present when the Courier Delivery agent turns up at the address. Courier agent will drop a note of the arrival- Please arrange redelivery or collection with courier company.
If not, the Product will be returned back to Ereganto’s Office and you will be responsible for all additional postage costs, including the initial cost incurred sending the package to you. Please make sure you keep track of your parcel and if you have not received your parcel within 5 business days of your order date, please contact us on email address and we will Assist you.
Note :In case of any Delay in Shipping due to some unavoidable circumstances, Our Team will inform you about it via email.
